This patient presented with a complicated situation of having implants already placed by a local oral surgeon and other teeth in need of restorative treatment. After revising her treatment plan and lengthy treatment which included the addition of a few more implants, traditional restorative treatment (crowns) on her upper and lower incisors, and restorative treatment (crowns and bridges) on top of the implants, we were able to achieve for her an almost ideal bite. This is an example of a full mouth reconstruction with the aid of implants to replace missing teeth.
